mIRage Raman Spectrometer, 532nm & 785nm
Available for both mIRage and mIRage-LS
Spectrometer: Imaging spectrometer includes 328 mm focal length base unit, quad grating turret with high accuracy direct-drive delivering superb single-grating and grating-to-grating center wavelength repeatability. Astigmatism-corrected optical design. USB Cable. The raman system includes:
- 600 l/mm 500nm blaze grating
- A software-controlled Raman Pinhole aperture
- Qty 5 Raman grade, IR transparent substrates.
Other optional gratings are available for purchase.
Camera: A unique combination of very low dark noise and very high QE, offering unrivalled sensitivity in the near-infrared and visible. The 2000 x 256, 15μm pixel array allows extended, broadband, and high-resolution spectral acquisition, while fringe suppression technology virtually eliminates the optical etaloning at the higher wavelengths
Co-located O-PTIR and Fluorescence Microscopy for advanced life science microscopy, microplastics, semiconductor and other contaminants.
Wide Field Epi-fluorescence Camera - monochrome
Recommended for the mIRage-LS system only for life science applications
Wide field epifluorescence, 4.2 MP high speed monochrome camera, Ultra-sensitive, >90% quantum efficiency.
This option includes:
- Motorized illuminator with white light source with liquid light guide.
- Includes a fixed Brightfield filter cube and 3 standard filter cubes provided with system, BFP Filter Cube, GFP Filter Cube, mCherry Filter Cube.
- A further 4 slots are available for additional, customer supplied, Olympus BX3 filter cubes.
Note this fluorescence option is limited for use with the 10x and 40x objectives supplied with the mIRage system.

WideField Epi-fluorescence Camera - Color camera
Recommended for semiconductor and microplastics and other defect related applications on both the mIRage and mIRage-LS systems.
Wide field epifluorescence, 6 MP high speed color camera for color optical imaging and 1.5 MP monochrome camera for fluorescence imaging. Peak quantum efficiency 75%.
This option includes:
- Motorized illuminator with White light source with liquid light guide.
- Includes a fixed Brightfield filter cube provided with system and 2 standard Autofluorescence and cross polarizer
- A further 5 slots are available for additional, customer supplied, Olympus BX3 filter cubes.
Note this fluorescence option is limited for use with the 10x and 40x objectives supplied with the mIRage system.
